They are okay if you need a simple service,,, seems as if they rush their work.! Nails be too thick.! Unevenly filed.! Everytime I get my toes done the nail polish cracks within a week.! But the prices are so high the chipping nail polish shouldnt be a problem

I went in for a pedicure. There were no customers in the salon. There were 5 employees sitting at the back watching television and nobody seemed in a very big hurry to assist me. When I finally got started, I was not asked to choose my color until just before they were ready to paint my toes. I handed the young lady the nail with the color that I chose and said this purple sparkle. When she started painting my toes, I noticed that it looked like clear sparkle. I asked twice are you sure that's the purple? And was told that after 4 Coats it would be purple. It was not and I did not have time to sit there for them to take it off and repaint them. I am extremely dissatisfied and I used to visit this salon frequently. I will not be back.

YES THEY HAVE CHANGED ALOT THEY GO UP ON THE PRICE EVERYTIME I GO SO TODAY WAS MY LAST DAY GOING TO THEM THEY DONT HAVE A CROWD LIKE THEY USE TO BECAUSE ALL THE OLD TECHS ARE GONE ITS GONE DOWN

I came for a regular pedicure. When I sat down I was told that the price was 25$. After I get done the woman says something in a different language to the guy. I hand him 40$ and he gives me back a 5. They switched the price or mislead me to believe onething and changed it to another. These ppl are normally nonchalant when it comes to customer service. I wont be returning.
