This was my first bank when I moved to Georgia 11 years ago and its like pulling teeth to get a loan. I had to get a second account with Navy Federal just because its hard to get a loan or even get to any locations with those limited hours and not being open on Saturday upsetting. And the call center staff are very unprofessional.

I've been with Member's First for years, got them when I started my job over 10 years ago and they are the worst had helping you when you need it. They offer some perks, but don't be in a jam.That's not what this bank is for.

Memberfirst is a great credit union with their small vacation loans they give u a chance at a time most commercial branch dont. Bank of America though i bank with them dont have these option a quick 5000.00 or cash advance loan these are loans needed in the hard economic times easy to pay back. Thanks for helpin me out when no other bank would!!!

I came here to do financing and when I said where I work the lady turned her eyes at me and started treating me badly, she treated me like a criminal and for speaking Spanish, she was racist so I don't recommend this bank

The Customer service is but the mobile banking is lousy I tried to deposit a check through mobile banking and it was denied 3 times because of poor quality I gave up after the 3rd time I know it wasn't my phone its a Samsung and takes very good pictures I told them it had to be on their end I was ignored and apparently they don't try to improve it
