I was a member for years, but somehow all my money was put in another account. It took weeks to fix, even though I have them all the information including the account my deposited in instead of mine. They didnot know how to rectify the situation and process that should have been a few days, was a month-long diatribe.

I had a very pleasant customer service experience on Monday 07/10/23 with Treece. I came in with an issue with my account and Treece was very patient and attentive while I explained. She listened actively to my issue and went above and beyond to offer the best customer service ever! I am very pleased and extremely grateful for my experience!
