Brand new house and system that has frozen 6 times. Arrow has come out and NOT fixed it at all. Constantly making excuses about the poor quality of the unit. Horrible.

Never ever use this company. Ryan Puckett cut my wires to my ac unit. I use be taking police action against you. I will be suing you for damages.
