We have used Parks Davis for many years. We had a heater that needed some tlc every year and Parks Davis was wonderful personally working one it year after year! We finally bought a new heater from and had him install it. It has worked perfectly for years. It needed a little tune- up this year and since Parks Davis retired, we had a young gentleman come. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We always go with Parks Davis!! Thank you so much!!

Disappointed. Had a long time customer who had been out of air 2days this summer. Senior Citizen lady that had relied on them for yrs needing their help did not try to help or get anyone to look at her system. It has recently been serviced by them as well. Anyway called another company they had someone here in 3 hrs and fixed it. It was a probelm that should have been caught by the maintance earlier in the yr. She should have never been without air this summer. Always check to make sure maintance is actually done. These guys could have prevented this if they acrually preformed the proper maintance earlier. Cost her additional money and has since changed companies. Unbelievable to have to deal with that
