        The store itself is convenient and well-equipped. We visited on Saturday, February 10. The lady working there was eating her breakfast at the front counter. She seemed annoyed that we interrupted her. She was surly and brisk with us and other customers. Upon leaving, we asked for the expected delivery date. She replied didnt you read the notice before you signed? We might go to another UPS store in the future but certainly not that one.

        I was at your store yesterday afternoon. I will say I had a lot of things to return to Amazon, but I did my best to keep it as organized as possible. Apparently the woman working behind the counter either was annoyed I had so much or just was annoyed of my presence in general. Either way, it glaringly showed. If it was not a UPS that I have been going to for 20 years, I would not step one more foot in there when I see her. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by making her work. If I have to wait for the other woman to be available next time, I will. Horrible attitude!
