Coming to this location for a year now. This bank always smells really bad like must and mildew. Makes an uncomfortable environment while waiting. Staffing is friendly though

I attended to make an address change and the attention was excellent. We waited a little and there were few people waiting. They still attended everyone very quickly. Mr Jermonte was very kind and attentive. I recommend this bofa center.

"edited comment" after publishing my opinion I have seen less than positive comments. I sincerely believe that the useful thing about a comment is how faithfully it adjusts to the momentary situation experienced. I came to this center because something similar happened to me with a comment from another user. Since at the headquarters 411 Flat Shoals Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316. I just wanted my change of address. The lady with that fool kicked us, threw us away. She said: "I have only one worker" go somewhere else. Terrible customer service.
