One of WORST bank and this their one of the BRANCH. Made an ATM deposit last evening. The receipt says "We apologize, there was an ATM error and your deposit did not process." Called the bank and submitted a claim. Went to the branch today to request for a provisional credit. They asked me to call the claim department. When I call the claim department, they ask me to go the local branch. Such a waste of time. When you call they will not even answer the phone.

The WORST bank in history. And to add the Branch Manger Mahin does not like African Americans. She blatantly asked me "why was I at her location" when I live 2 mins from it.
Please beware: They will keep your money for lengthy periods of time with no valid reason. Report them to the CFPB if you have any issues.
