    I just went in for the first time and was looking for a $20,000 loan to consolidate and pay off some credit card debt. The place is nice and the employees were friendly. I was disappointed in the outcome of my experience, though. When my application for the loan was processed I was immediately approved, as I expected since I'm employed full time, I've had the same job for the last 2 years, I've always had a decent credit score and I always pay my bills on time. We were then waiting for approval from the branches loan officer, and they ended up denying me for having "excessive financial obligations"... Doesnt every adult have excessive financial obligations?? That's kind of the point of a debt consolidation loan too, is it not?? To reduce the number of financial obligations. With my track record on paying bills (yes I realize I'm saying this and have debt, but I always pay at the very least the minimum payment required, but more often than not, more), I do not understand or appreciate this decision. I get almost an offer a day in the mail for loans, but wanted to go through a local credit union instead. So much for that.

    BLACK PEOPLE DO BETTER!! I opened a new account the customer service was just ok from Delisha Im not sure if thats her name but she is an employee there! She was rushing kept talking about how hungry she was and was just nice/ nasty but Ill get her name and write another review!!

    I went to this branch today because the Internal Revenue Service sent me there in reference to my surplus check that was deposited into a business account that is not mine. The first person I talked to at the customer service desk was Charmaine. I told her who sent me there and that the IRS gave me a reference trace number to give to them and that I was told to show my w2s for 22.She asked me for my ID, she informed me that I didnt look like who was on file. I told her that I gain some weight. I find it offensive what she said because I have been going in that bank for years, even up to October of last year and nobody ever made that comment.She writes the number off my phone and she told me to have a seat and that someone would call me.She told me that she was going to make the call.After sitting down i observed her talking to a few different people so I just sense something was wrong. A man called my name and this girl that was now at the desk, told him to wait. I walked up there and she pretends as if shes on the phone and shes asking me for the number from the IRS, I told her that Charmaine already write the number down and Charmaine was right there telling her to ask me for the number so its obvious, Charmaine didnt write anything.The girl called the number out to someone and I didnt hear her repeated the number to the person.So, I showed her my w2s and she got nasty, telling me that she cant accept that and that it needs to be in paper form.She then started to asked me a barrage of questions and say, who did Your taxes? I told her who did my taxes had nothing to do with my 250 that was deposited into a business account.By then the so called manager came up and started telling me to stop making noise.I told him that he was taking up for this girl.She has no business talking to the customer like that.He told me to come to the office and he kept telling me to calm down or else.He asked me to tell him about why I was there.He took the number the IRS gave me and I showed him my w2s.He said, he wanted to see the tax return, I didnt have my glasses and it took a while but I found it.Upon checking the deposit information it was discovered that instead of my account number, an old bank card number was listed.He said hes going to make a call.He came back and said, that the IRS will have to take the money from that person account and put the money back. I asked him, can the IRS do that? I knew he was telling me garbage. I told him to write it down for me.He jotted it down on the sticky paper.After reading it, I asked him, what are You trying to say?The IRS got to get in touch with the bank?He replied yes.Am appalled that he couldnt convey it, earlier on. I showed him the number on my phone where I called the IRS and I told him that I had no reason to lie.He said, that the number that I got from the IRS is not write. I dont believe him because I confirmed that the number is correct. I repeated the numbers back to the lady.These ghetto rats at this bank has been disrespectful to me over and over and I told him thats why I dont back there anymore.General Manager, please clean house at this location.The behaviors of majority of workers in this bank stinks. I went to Jamaica last October and I drew 200 on a Thursday and 200 US on a Wednesday and when I got back to Atlanta and went into my account, on those same days, 69.50 came out. I didnt do it and no one had access to my card. I filed a dispute at this same location and this same guy that I just mentioned, he was the one I spoke with. In the end they took the money that they reimbursed me and accused me that I took the money.They have insulted me by calling me a thief and a liar.When I first went there about the money stolen in Jamaica, I went in and have a seat because thats what we do at regular bank.This old Jamaican lady went off and me.She said, maam, I see You sitting over there, You cant just sit there. I informed her that I wanted to filed a dispute. I didnt know the procedure and she said, You got to go to the desk. I am done with Delta Credit.
