Wells Fargo Bank

This bank has horrible customer service. I have encountered several bad experiences here. The manager is very disrespectful and talks to you as if youre beneath them, nonetheless she passes the same disrespectful behavior to the tellers. Its a shame that you cant receive excellent customer service within your own community. Its also a shame, that I can drive to another branch in Alpharetta, Candler Park or even Dunwoody and receive top-tier service. The way my husband and I was treated yesterday, was a disgrace to us and our community. Do better black people, if you want better. I will be closing my account with Wells Fargo.

Avoid this place like the plague, rude, nasty, and quite incompetent. They act is if they have some sort power over you because they work at a bank. Its a shame that customer service is nonexistent over there. Take your money and accounts to someone who values you.

I would give ZERO star if I have this option to the lady name TAKEILA, I never see any banker so rude and not helpful like this lady.

Went in just to get change and couldn't because "I'm not a customer." And now I never want to be. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
