Only giving 2 stars for the customer service that was provided prior to completing the sale, but once the sale was complete is when true colors came out. Although my sales person was Ashley, all communication was with Sally. Ashley only helped sign docs. Purchased a 2018 Fusion certified pre owned. Had a check engine light on within the first week, P0302 - Cylinder 2 misfire. Took it back to the dealer for the CEL and an issue with windshield seal and was left there for one week. Reached out to follow up 4 days later with no communication and found out the car hadnt even been looked at yet. Had to threaten to drive there to get a response from my point of contact. Finally received confirmation to pickup the vehicle after 7 days in shop. Windshield was fixed, CEL was gone. Until the very next day, same CEL. Tried taking to local dealer but had no loaner vehicles available. Called Monday morning and spoke to Terrence(service manager) in which I was told I would receive a call back in regards to scheduling an appt when loaner was available. It is now Wednesday and still have not received a call. After sale support has been the worst experience Ive ever had.
UPDATE: General manager commented on this review to put on the perception that he wanted to help. Called the provided number very shortly after he commented, was sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail with my contact info and never received a call back. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
