        Jim Tidwell service is always great. I have been using them for service for a few years now and have not had any issues. I worked with Mr. Johnny and he is always polite and courteous and keeps me informed about maintenance being performed on my vehicle and updates on prices and parts. I will continue to use them as long as I reside in the area.

        I would like to highly recommend Jim Tidwell Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They are fair and want to be sure to put the customer first. I recommend asking for Manager Jamie or salesman Michael Gregg. Frederick

        The most recent experience I had here was terrible. Only giving it 2 stars because there are some friendly people there. Buck was extremely rude, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. At first the truck I wanted to look at was not sellable, and despite them having another on the lot he tried to get me into a different truck I was not interested in. He was extremely hesitant to let me to even look at the second truck, being rude at the fact that I (and my father) had separately spoken to people before and not purchased anything. He begrudgingly let us test the drive, due to the fact that I said I wasn't going to buy it today because I am looking at other ones too(guess consumers doing research isn't a good thing in his eyes) and made several sneer remarks. Shortest test drive I've ever been in and he complained that I tried using half the throttle for just a second. Never experienced this at ANY dealership I've been to, they have all been excited and wanted me to have fun with the car (you know, because they typically want you to like the car) whereas Mike seemed like he was being held against his will. If I go back to this dealership I will me specifically requesting to deal with someone other than mike
