I previously wrote a negative review (that is somehow missing now) due to a very poor experience in the service department. The manager at the time reached out directly and confirmed that my review was accurate and everything I noted about the poor service would be addressed. I decided to give Billy Howell another shot to perform some recall work and some other unrelated repairs because they are closer and the dealer I bought my vehicle from couldn't get to it for another couple of weeks. The service and attitude has improved significantly. Not quite excellent like I've experienced at luxury car dealerships, but everyone was friendly and I wasn't left wondering where my car was like the last time.
The only negative I would point out is that they are charging a "surcharge" for using a credit card. That's part of the cost of doing business and shouldn't be passed on to the customer. That was also not explained when I was paying the bill.

Very professional from start to finish. Nick Guidry went above and beyond in helping us pick out a car that workes for our family. I can't say enough about how helpful Nick was and how the whole Billy Howell Ford family made us a part of the family during our car buying process.

Will never buy Ford again. From sales to service, horrible experience.
