        Beware-I have a very serious issue that I tried to bring to the attention of John Thomas at Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty. I was advised to make him aware and give him a chance to respond before I escalate the situation. His way of dealing with my issue is (I sent one professional email) to block/reject the email. I have never spoken to Mr. Thomas before, but its nice to know what HE REALLY thinks about the residents who elected him and he claims to serve. I sent an email to his County Commissioner email and my email has never been acknowledged. Very disappointed.

        In 2022 the family decided to sell the house I grew up in. Of course my first thought was my childhood friend and Dalton native John Thomas. I contacted John and he responded immediately. He came and looked at my moms house that weekend and we decided to list it with him. If you want a true real estate professional look no farther than John. Throughout the entire process it was clear to me that John is a seasoned professional. There are lots of people in Dalton that pretend to be real estate professionals, John is not playing, he is the real deal. We listed the house with him and had a solid offer in two weeks. We closed about two weeks after that. John's sage advice along the way was invaluable. If you are looking for a true professional to sell or buy a house with look no farther than him. He is honest, knowledgable and has a solid team of people around him to make this a smooth and easy process. Thanks John for making this a smooth and easy process.
