Very unresponsive broker and agents Do not use anyone in this company if you are not from the area and know them!! Newer agents are more trustworthy than all of the old agents. They are very unprofessional!! Warning!!!

I am staying with my fiance at his rental property in Phenix City,. We have been living at his house for a week without air conditioning and have changed our plans several times to accommodate repair. The property manager, Crystal, is uncommunicative and has not been able to repair the the unit. We have spent entire days waiting for service that never showed up and were not contacted either. We were not provided any sort of emergency services number and she does not respond to call or text so we have been in this house With temps over 80 degrees indoor. Very disappointed.
