        I am enrolled in their real estate pre licensing course. Of some concern is their "Meet and Greet" was their opportunity to solicit new agents. When we went to our course I found that we are assigned to a home theater venue that does not allow us desk space so that we may open our books and take notes. My money is already spent so I guess there's nothing I can do from here

Dexter Haynes was working with this Seller and had no other information to give you as the Seller did not want to counter. If you'd like to submit another offer, you are welcome to do so.       Thank you for reaching out DJ. Our meet and greet is an optional event to introduce our team prior to the class. We cover topics like what to expect in real estate , market conditions, study strategies and opportunities at our office when the time is right. We are very proud of training theater which just completed a system upgrade. Each chair in the theater is equipped with a writing desk to take notes. You might not have realized it was on the side of your chair. That being said, if the class is not what you expected, the School Director will be reaching out tomorrow to discuss options that would be a better fit.
