    Worst company on the planet. Terrible service, frequently missed scheduled pickups. Continously increased my bill to the point in which it nearly doubled in 1 year. Waste Management has far better service at much lower pricing.

    We requested to cancel services around 5 weeks ago and was told that to cancel a manager would be calling us. No one ever called. Made a couple more requests and was told the same thing, and no one ever called. Reached out again (4th time) and was told that someone would be emailing over a cancellation request. We have never heard from anyone and we have never received any form for cancellation (nor any other email). We want to cancel the account. This should have been done at the end of August as first requested. No one should have to go through hoops to cancel a service like this; one that increased fees by 40% without notice. Absolutely ridiculous!

    I am with Repubic Services for the last 9 years.Actually previously the service was good and I thought I will continue with the service.Nowadays the service has been worst.No timing at all.The bad behavior of the staff who come to collect the trash really annoyed me.But since with my busy schedule I was continuing the service though all my neighbors have moved to other service providers because of the increase rates and bad service.Today, I got so much annoyed when I called the office that I wanted to show my grievance publicly.Trash can was damaged my their machine but the customer service representative asked me to pay $40 for replacement of the damaged.I am desperate to change the service now and will not recommend anybody to take their service.
