        Services are getting worse and worse. We have had one pick up in 4 weeks. Never gets picked up on holiday weeks ever and then the other weeks there's always truck issues.

        I didnt want to have to write a review, because rakestraw was amazing at first then after they started using a Uhaul to pickup they basically came when they felt like it. Then the trash sat for about 3weeks so i gave patricia a call and she said it would be taken care of. Well I ended up cancelling our service, which she didn't seem thrilled about. Ive been calling since before christmas to have them remove their tash can from the property and here it is mid March and its still sitting at the end of the driveway. I'm tired of calling and being polite because its obviously not working. I just want it GONE !
