Legacy has done all the little things right that most companies neglect. My lid is always on, the can is put right back where I put it for collection, and theyve never missed a pickup. Would recommend 100%!

Legacy's acquisition of Residential waste has been a disaster for us. They have missed every single pick up in 4 weeks. I call every week to get a pickup and they sometimes miss pickup dates. Residential waste was amazing and never once missed our pickup. If your primary job is to pickup trash there is a problem here.

Was getting our trash picked up weekly by residential waste and then got sold to this company. Who now just told us they couldn't service us anymore like seriously why can't trash companies just be loyal. If yall got small drive ways or want trash service don't expect to get good service here

Legacy's acquisition of Residential waste has been a disaster for us. They have missed every single pick up since the acquisition. I have had to call their office on a weekly basis to inquire about when our trash was getting picked up. Residential waste was amazing and never once missed our pickup. Every time I call I'm promised that they will be out later that day and that a supervisor was involved to make sure that happened. That does not even work. After the office put in multiple work orders for the driver to call when he was on site that does not even happen. I called yesterday and was told not to worry that the supervisor was going to make sure that we were picked up yesterday evening. Guess what that didn't happen either. I will be exploring other options.
