        So far so good. What sold me on life storage is Trish, manager of the property. Trish consistently answered the phone with professionalism as well as being professional in person. She was most helpful in all that she did. As customer service is questionable everywhere these days, Trish is an exception to the rule.

        The office girls made getting an extra storage spot easy. Edit: updating this solicited review to 1 star because it wont let you leave 0. After 2 months they doubled my rate. Do not do business with these crooks.

        We're using this storage for two years. As I find the storage can be very helpful to many storage lookers, I'm posting few details about the area. Hope it's helpful! This storage space has an array of large ground floor rooms. All storage floors are elevated and safe from water leak. Very easy to access large items in/out of the storage rooms. The inside roads are wide and makes it easy to drive large trucks. The storage is very near to GA 400, Peachtree parkway. Has a car parking area to bring friends / family to help with the storage movement. Very helpful staffs, keep the storage area well maintained and clean.
