In the year since they took over, I've had 3 PRICE INCREASES, almost doubling what I was paying a year ago. My boat sits on dirt and a cover that's been in place for a decade. So where's the money going? Their pockets. Nothing I can do about it. I strongly recommend you find somewhere else.

Very poor since new USA Storage took over. Previous owner was very friendly and looked after the facility even if it wasn't the nicest in the area. Since the new management, my rates went up twice with a lower quality of service. As mentioned by others, the gate was often broken several times and left open leaving the facility vulnerable. My personal space had a tree branch puncture the roof. I called the management office about both of these issues and was told there was no timeframe for either to be addressed. I was offered another space, but I requested that I could get my original space back once it was repaired. There were no guarantees offered that could happen. Additionally, when I asked to be compensated for the lack of security and damage to my space, the manager (who isn't local) was very rude and told me she would not commit to doing anything. I requested that she consult with her management and get back with me. She said she would respond but I never heard back. I've since moved out of the facility and found a better facility at a cheaper rate closer to my home. Tenants beware.
