This place was great to begin with but just after a couple months my rate increased. After calling and discussing it the manager said it was rare to increase the rate and wouldnt happen for at least a year and ultimately it was up to their discretion. After just three months I got an email saying they were raising it again!! Now I have put my notice in as my rate has almost doubled in less than a year. The facility itself is fabulous and safe but not worth the constant raises!!!!

Donna is so AMAZING! Every time I speak with her it's such a fresh breathe of air to speak with someone who takes care of all my questions and concerns with such a happy and caring voice. Yall did a great job of hiring her! She makes being a customer with you so much more worth it! Thank you Donna!

Staff was super friendly. I rented online online and she called me the following day with my to do list to avoid me being charged additional fees. Would rent from Midgard again.
