Horrible fit in finish on the inside; all bedrooms and living room have "dead switches" that do nothing (confirmed by maintenance suppose they ran out of wire to wire the ceiling fans properly), caulk 1/2" thick to make the trim fit. Good luck parking at night. Seems like there is about 1/2 as many spots as bedrooms. Non-existent water pressure. I guess there is no official standard for calling yourself a "luxury apartment".... oh and if ignore all this, make sure you get a unit on the top floor, or else you will never get any sleep.

Just wanted to clarify because I saw a not so good review that isnt fair about Hanna the property manager, in the experiences Ive had dealing with her and Tanisha was absolutely fantastic. They both go above and beyond for the people that live here. The review in question featured misspelling and horrible grammar that Im sure no one would take seriously anyways just wanted to write and make sure no one took that with any truth. Complaining about a Marijuana smell in an apartment could be very irritating, but I can also imagine that smelling curry at all times of the day could also annoy some. The take away from this should be being kind to the people who work for you and your neighbors should be a bare minimum.

Edit: We were really happy when we first moved in but as the place started to get filled up, we noticed a lot of issues with this complex. Firstly, the parking is a massive issue, for around 20 apartments there is around 10 spaces to share, that's not including the apartment blocks surrounding the block we were in (3200) that also use the spaces. So if you leave the complex in your car be prepared to not have any spaces available when you come back. I contacted the manager about this problem and I was basically told "Well we told you when you signed the lease that parking is first come first serve" and they have no plans to help this issue. I asked if there was going to be reserved parking so at least 1 unit can have a space and I was told no. So if someone has 3 cars parked its basically tough! Secondly, the walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin and the units get extremely noisy. You can hear what people are doing 3 levels up from you. You expect a bit of noise when living in an apartment but i have lived in 3 apartments over the years and this by far took noise to the next level. It sounded like the person above me was having a 5 hour long rave every night. Thirdly, the amenities. When we signed our lease we were told we were getting free beer and wine (limit of 2 drinks per tenant) available in the lounge and this is what made the amenity fee higher than most places. This lasted around 1 month and then they were removed, not to mention the times it was available and you went up it was normally unfilled so you couldn't have any regardless. Lastly, the trash area is terrible. You have to walk half a mile (depending on what building you are in) to get to the trash area and when you get there it is always overflowing, multiple mattresses and trash dumped all over... because they don't get the trash collective as often as needed. I wouldn't really describe any of the stuff as "Luxury Living" as they seem to describe it. We have neighbors stealing patio furniture from our patio and they done nothing about it. We ended up moving out at the beginning of March due to all of these problems (our lease is until mid May) and we asked if there was any way we could end our lease early. We were expecting to pay a fee but they wanted our last two months rent, security deposit and an extra 2 months rent in money. How does this make sense? Anyway, needless to say we are happy our stay there is over and its such a shame as it is a beautiful complex.
