This place was actually nicer then I thought. The staff was wonderful. I had to opportunity to get a tour of the place. Laura was very thorough with answering all of my questions.

I stopped by the Foundry at Mashburn as Im in the process of helping several clients who are in need of an apartment or townhome while they build custom homes and I am so incredibly impressed with Laura the property manager and her team. From the moment I stepped foot into the property I was blown away, the lobby looks like a high end lobby you would find in a big city, it was clean, modern and very welcoming. Laura took me on a tour of the property and showed me several apartments that would all work for my client as well as the amenities and grounds. I am truly blown away at how aesthetically pleasing to the eye this property is and how professional Laura was. I toured three properties on behalf of my client and the Foundry at Mashburn is the one I have recommended to them. My clients are so excited to see the Foundry and to meet Laura and her team.
