        I paid $2000 a month to live here. Moved in the year after they opened to residents. I was the first tenant in my unit. The wind HOWLS through my apartment literally like in a horror movie. There are cracks in the walls by the windows that literally APPEARED. They house MOVES AND CRACKS when the wind blows. Even when the wind isnt bad! I mean this is really the cherry on top though, hot tub hasnt worked two years in a row either. I dont know why I pay so much when Im so uncomfortable this place is SO cheaply built that it remains luxury for MAYBE a year. Everything falls apart.

        The women in the office, in particular a girl named Cheyenne, are dishonest and untrustworthy. I would go to Jefferson or Pebdergrass if youre looking for a nice and new apartment in similar price ranges where you wont be lied to or have your money stolen from you.

        I had an appointment to tour here and nobody was here when I showed up. I was 20 minutes early and waited until the appointment time. I called multiple times and nobody responded. It seems that all the bad reviews are correct and the management here is very poor. I will not give this place another chance. Mistake avoided.

        We are really enjoying living here! Really like the kitchen love cooking stove works good. Nice having a gated community feel safe here! Every month during holidays they have good events!

        Moving out, I cleaned the apartment spotless and not only was my deposit taken I was charged an additional $500 and something dollars for wall damage! I was not happy about that and feel scammed. All I did was hang a few pictures. The pool was closed the majority of the summer. The only thing I enjoyed was the workout room. The walls were so thin you could hear dog's next door barking all hours of the night .
