Heritage Hills Apartments

This apartments are pretty good. They have playground, they have an area whith a gazebo & grill. Also the best is the pool. But one thing i need to be honest. It is the it do need a lot of maintenance outside. Is way to much trash everywhere. Also if they do a little landscaping on the entrance putting something very simple like flowers it will look amazing. I think every person that is caught up putting trash anywhere or leaving old furniture wherever they want should be fine & that will help to maintenance the facility around the way it should. My husband and I applied on a Thursday, and Reshanda Jarrells had us signing a lease and moving in by the following Thursday. Sulem R., the property manager is the type of manager that cares about her tenants. Her hard work shows. Her communication skills and response are satisfying.
