This is 12 months of hard work Busting my butt at the gym and KILLING IT. Literally burning fat away. And the energy I have gotten from my weight loss program and journey! I'm going to go half and half here because the staff is sweet and I've never had a problem with them. The missing stars are for the meds. None have worked for me. Phentermine is so bad. My heart raced made me so anxious. It turned me hateful and short tempered I had major headaches, up around the clock, vitamin deficiency got worse, just absolutely miserable. I feel nothing from the B12 shots and I'm currently on the semaglutide program for 2 months now and I feel nothing other than constantly sleepy and the B12 doesn't counteract that for me. I'm still hungry, I haven't lost any inches or pounds. it's $400 a month and by the time I pay to get to the full dose I could literally just pay for lipo... I've spent a couple thousand as a patient here just to look and feel exactly the same and yes I follow a diet plan. If you're like me and don't have the money to waste on whatever they are selling in those shots then just try talking to your doctor to get it from the pharmacy or other options for weight loss.
