        The treatment , I recieved was satisfactory. However, the billing seems to be inexplicable. I constantly receive calls and statements from some Cincinnatti , Ohio office saying that I owe just one more payment of $150.00 ---$200.00. Called and ask for an explanation at the front desk the response is "I don't know, we don't do the billing". The Cincinnatti firm is always saying this is your last bill.
