Columbus VA Clinic

Horrible to say the very least. I have been without my hearing aides for almost 3 months. I show up for my appointment and the rep at the desk is on a personal call with her boyfriend. So I stand there for another 5 mins. She then asks for my name and tells me my appointment was @ 1130. She called me the day prior and told me 1:30pm. Now they want me to reschedule for a 3rd time!!! Really????? She goes and gets the audiologist which is some young girl that wasnt the previous audiologist. The lady refuses to help me and tells me she can mail them to me once she has them fixed. She acted unconcerned with the fact that I had driven 60 miles for nothing. She could have programmed them for me. It took the prior audiologist 10 minutes to do it in the past. Just pathetic veteran support. Someone needs to step up and clean house at this clinic so it serves the purpose Mr Poydasheff intended for it to serve.

Been calling for over 2 months, 60 days, NO ONE will call me back. Ive expressed to my doctors office that I need help with mental counseling, still NO CALL BACK. Good thing its not an emergency!!! Terrible experience
