Doc. Linda Moore is absolutely amazing! Never in this country I came across such an attentive doctor. Her team is also great. April (the nurse) is great and extremely helpful!

First of all the branding of these place is so bad. Is it concierge? Is it elite? Who knows. Every appointment I have had at this place there has been in issue with the office. When I requested a mirena IUD, I called and verified the day before I was getting mirena, they confirmed, then the day of the appointment try to give me Liletta. They also charged me for this appointment when it wasnt supposed to have a copay. It took months to get my money back and way more time than my $60 copay was worth. Then when I was getting my gardasil shot, they didn't have my second appointment in the calendar, so I had to come back again to get it, after waiting in the waiting room for ages while they scrambled to try to find someone on the clock to give me the shot. Then, my last shot was scheduled before I needed it, so they rescheduled that. Then, the rescheduled time happened to be during their holiday party. So they took it upon themselves to change my appointment without asking or notifying me. My last shot went without issue but really questioning their abilities so maybe I got a malaria vaccine or something, who knows.

Love the service and the staff is absolutely amazing in the doctors office but got forbid you have a billing question and need to call the billing office . The lady who answers the phone is so rude. Cuts you off in the middle of your sentence and when I tried to say thank you at the end of the call, she hung up in my face .

I love going here, it's such a positive environment. The receptionists are the sweetest girls on the planet. I see Dr. Turner and she's the kindest doctor I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients and I feel good about my visit everytime. There are some men on staff I believe but it mostly feels like a female practice so I also highly recommend if you are a woman looking for that kind of healthcare environment.

My first visit was a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Moore made me feel like anything I was concerned with was her concern. She didn't rush me, and she LISTENED vs. just a yeah, yeah, and then not discussing it. Before I left I had appts set with other places so she'd have a clean analysis of my health. She did what she said she would do, and I have no doubt that I am in great hands.
