Piedmont Physicians at Warm Springs Road - Internal Medicine

When I 1st started going her it was great. Then some where the staff are very rude. No empathy at all . I had stroke in controlled blood pressure and Cho with drifts from stroke and I been told they cant say if I can work or not how can I work when I cant get my blood pressure down or stay out the hospital. I dont understand when you are my provider.

I visited this office for a yearly physical and was treated very well. My appointment was started on time. All of the staff and the NP I saw were professional and prompt. I communicated via MyChart after the visit with a few questions and I received quick and accurate replies. A fantastic office - thank you.

Please don't waste your time, insurance, or money going here because you will regret it! Dr. Carmen Chiamamka Kagha is money-hungry and inexperienced. The whole facility should be shut down! She doesn't take the time to listen to you when you tell her about a problem. She'll brush it off as being normal. She doesn't accurately update everything in her notes and leaves out important details in your chart. She will not take you seriously and underestimate your health concerns. Once you are diagnosed by another doctor, it'll be too late for a comeback, at least for me. She used to be caring, patient, and nice at one point. I don't know what happened! I'm not sure if she's burnt out or not. She's just acting differently in a bad way. I've been a patient here for a long time, and I guess I'm just not a priority anymore. The staff is heartless and doesn't understand your situation and concerns. They have a superiority complex, and this job isn't for them. Find a doctor who cares for your well-being, won't ever abandon you, and won't start acting brand new.
