Dr.Jenkins is amazing! This man listened to me and talked to me on a human level. Intelligent individual but I could tell he is a normal guy as the rest. Cant ask for more.

Good doctors, but the office staff is not very efficient. Unanswered phones, dropped calls, appointment time mix-ups, etc. Is it just me, or does the hold music sound vaguely Indian? (You'll be on hold a lot, so plenty of time to consider this.)

Dr. Kosobucki is very caring and thorough. He spends time with you to listen to your concern without making you feel rushed. The staff is very friendly from check in to check out. I would recommend their office and Dr. Kosobucki to anyone.

A friend recommended that I give her doc a try. My previous doc of 12 years was undergoing the Piedmont conversion and it was rather stressful. So, I tried the elite. Elite is ones own interpretation. Here is my experience: The front desk scheduled appointments for me, twice while I was out of the country. Then found myself disputing no show fees. It seemed every 3 months I was being scheduled for blood work requiring 2 separate appointments. I declined the flu vaccine as it makes me seriously ill declined a colonoscopy in Jan 2024 as I had one in August 2023 declined mammogram/Pap as I go to St. Francis declined bone density as I go to Hughston. I had a full physical in Nov 2023 (chest xray, EKG, Blood work, Labs) and in Jan 2024 Hughston needed medical release for surgery. I took my Hughston paperwork to Elite and waited for 30 minutes while various people came from the back office to front desk where I was standing. I was told I would need to come back for the paperwork so I left. I got about 1/2 home and got a call from the Elite to come pick up paperwork so I did. When I arrived to Elite, I waited another 20 minutes and then was told Elite FIRED me for non-compliance and therefore, REFUSED to sign off on my medical clearnance for surgery! I requested a CD of my medical records and was told I would need to come back next week to pick it up. In a bit of a panic, I immediately called my doctor at Piedmont to schedule another physical for medical clearance so I could have hip surgery. A day before my appointment at Piedmont, I asked a friend who is a medical doctor if she could look at the disk for my results. None of the test results were on the disk! No labs, EKG, Chest Xray - none if it from a month earlier. The only thing on the CD were comments nothing related tonget me cleared for surgery! I went to Elite for 12 months and out of 168 alleged pages of medical notes, not one result from my two office visits in November 2023. I was grateful that my Piedmont doctor got me in so fast!! I was welcomed with smiles and good mornings from the Piedmont Staff. I went into one room (instead if being paraded to multiple rooms as experience at Elite), and within 40 minutes Piedmont completed what took Elite 2 separate visits and 4 hours to do. The vibe in the Piedmont office was light, airy and most of all friendly and engaging. As I was checking out the lady ASKED if the Dr wanted to schedule a follow up? She got up from her seat and went to ask! The sweet nurse pulled me aside to let me know my EKG looked great and Lab results would be in shortly and that she would FAX my medical release to Hughston for me! No follow up visit was requested by my Piedmont Dr. What a blessing Piedmont is! Thank you for valuing my time! In and out within mess than an hour. My blood pressure today was 130/70. Piedmont Dr stated it was the same a year ago. At Elite, it was 150/90 and NP stated the obvious, its high. She did not care to ask what was going on in my life and why so high? All I can say, patients have choices too. Piedmont seems to have their systems talking now. My electronic onboarding and check in experience with Piedmont was hastle-free. Seeing my Dr again (located near the Apothocary Store), the precious pain free lady that draws blood were a sight for sore eyes. The lady doing the EKG was a sweetheart and did not tear off 3 layers if skin. As busy as that office was, none of them lost their human touch. Smiles, friendly small talk, it was nice feeling welcomed and it seemed everyone enjoyed being there. Looking forward to my next visit at Piedmont sometime next year!
