The staff here is awesome they are so compassionate excellent caregivers all around great group of people you're like walking into a 10 star hotel these people do a great job I truly appreciate them THANK God for Piedmont North

Mrs. Chasity Reese is a good lady!! From when I first read the reviews I knew I needed a good doctor and someone Im comfortable explaining things with who I know will listen. And ever since Ive been going with her I automatically fell in love. Shes so patient with you explains everything to you , shes also silly and loving!!! Ill recommend anyone to her.

My doctor leaves and this clinic tells me today that I basically need to leave to. I call to get an appointment, and they say no new patients, but I'm not new, and I have prescriptions that need to be filled. There is ONE doctor on site that isn't taking any new patients. But again, I'm not a new patient. Clinc gave no notice, nor a list of new providers that I could consider for visits. Just no new patients. How many other patients with worse health issues did this happen to at this clinic; were only two doctors were providing. I'm guessing half the patients who have medical records living at this clinic are now "new patients " . Now I have to find another doctor that I can hopefully see sooner than later. Way to show care for the patients l.

I gave them two stars because every time I go there it's something going on either the systems are always down or someone's being rude or forgetting your appointment and the wait time is really ridiculous why set appointment for 9:00 and you don't get seen until about 2 hours later and that's happened to me the last few times I've went there. Besides them forgetting that they had sent me an appointment and then I'm having to go back home because they didn't have it set on their end but I have the proof on my end with the paperwork. It just really doesn't seem like they care at all and then receptionist sit there and talk about you right when you're sitting in a waiting room. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there at all the only reason why I go is because it's close to my house and I don't have transportation
