Very knowledgeable and polite, I was quite impressed at Anna's knowledgeable of specific uses and her recommendations based on questions pertaining to my specific needs.

I love that Dr. Flandry does not just take care of his patients but he always has a student intern or fellow. He teaches while he takes care of his parents.
