        In 9/5/23 I paid $100 for a missed appointment. I have called the office, called billing and emailed billing proof. They still continued to say I owed $25 and they gave me a $75 discount. I should not have paid again but have. I cannot reach billing to get my original fee returned. This is unacceptable. I will find a new Provider.

        I tried to call and schedule an reschedule an appointment. I could not get an answer. Also, I gave my insurance information. This service provider did not run my insurance, they build me within a couple of hours for the total cost for the month. I will never use them again. Poor service.

        The worst. I have to fight so hard to get them to send prior authentication or my medication or whatever it is, it'slike pulling teeth but it takes a week. The people at the office and my psychiatrist are really nice but I cannot do this anymore. It can't be this hard for the medical assistant to click a button for me. I can't believe I pay for this garbage service. Find a doctor not tied to an uncaring corporation. Today they said they sent it and I just confirmed they didn't even call. I am praying this company fails and everyone involved can't find a new job.

        The provider I have is great. Thats why its 2 stars and not 1. The scheduling process is a nightmare. I have been calling for a week straight. I work full time and cant sit on hold for 30 mins. No one answers the phone within an even slightly reasonable time and I have risked getting in trouble at work many times this week trying to schedule. I have also messaged them on the patient portal about scheduling. No response and it has been 4 days. Now I will be out of medication tomorrow. They have done this multiple times and I have run out and withdrawn from my meds more than once due to how difficult they make it to schedule. It is dangerous. My provider does not allow me to book myself. I am about to move elsewhere. I work for a mental health company as a Care Navigator and do scheduling work for clients. It should absolutely not be this much of a hassle to get ahold of someone. Ever. It puts patients like myself at risk.
