    Apartments in the front are outdated, however the newer style apartments in the back. The amenities are pretty expired. Gym equipment is broken, there's a huge leak that no one seems to want to fix. The business area is hardly ever accessible to tenants. The swimming area looks nice from a distance but up close you can see the stained curtains, and dirty cabanas. When you bring things to the front offices attention (gym equipment broken, and outdated, floor boards in the bedrooms are overpainted but not replaced due to flooding) they state that they will resolve the issue and never do. This property at one point was very nice, but is starting to go downhill. PLEASE FIX

    Absolutely the worst apartments I have ever lived in. If I could rate it less than one star it would be a negative 1. The staff in the office are rude. Apparently had a radon test that I had absolutely no clue about or that people were in my apartment for that reason I thought it was just an inspection. DO NOT LIVE HERE

    Yesterday by far one of my worst experiences living here. After maintenance went to do work on an empty unit connected to mine, the chemicals used to redo the cosmetics shower, counter tops etc started to slip through our ventilation system and walls. The scent overwhelming so that I had to stuff towels at the doors of my daughter's bedroom, my laundry room and hall bathroom. Called to speak to management and the customer service rendered was nothing shy of a blatant disregard for the issue and the fact that I stated my daughter 15, and fiance both have asthma and my boyfriend who is retired military 27 yrs infantry, has an upper respiratory diseases connected to the military and could not be inhaling these chemicals. I was told that it wouldn't kill us, an that we just would have to wait the fumes out. I stated that I would pay for us to go to a hotel and that they could take it off my rent or just reimburse the money to me due to the inconvenience. The Property Manager stated thats not what they do. That we were welcome to go sit in the club house or activity center. Mind you it was raining extremely hard, it was cold and covid is live an well. My fiance started to get dizzy so I called 911, the paramedics advised us to leave the apartment because it was entirely to strong. Due to both my child and fiance having asthma this was deemed unsafe. While Emt was there, I called back to the office spoke back to management and they still had the same attitude towards the situation. They didn't care about our health, their negligence, they were more worried about getting that apartment ready to lease. Very unfortunate. This is not a healthy environment for people who care about their lives or general wrlfare.

    Finally getting around to my initial review of the apartments. So far, have to say things have been pretty good! Amanda was our move-in personnel and was pretty receptive throughout the whole process. I did have to check back a couple times prior to move-in for unanswered questions, but most the time got the answer needed in a timely manner. Upon move in, our room was clean and our paperwork laid out for us. There was no extra excitement or hype for the move in, but at least it was simple. We have an updated unit and everything appears to be mostly repainted or new. Few things out of place and our cabinet doors havent arrived yet, but we can do without for now. The other items we had issues with, the maintenance team came in the day the request was made and serviced the room. Other than that, the complex in a whole seems pretty good. Has some nice amenities although most look dated. But for the price you pay, its all a pretty good deal.
