    I do not recommend these low-income subsidized apts that are under contract with hud. There is a checklist on the HUD website for Columbus Georgia and on Vb.eofficial with management before taking possession of the apartment unit to ensure safety, proper functionality, and satisfhis list on thwebsite I would make sure if you plan on living there that you check this out and hav. e t Can you Right eat e leasing management agent thoroughly make sure thqt this is a completed checklist before Lisa signed. I also recommend doing a thorough walkthrough of the common areas especially inside the building and outside the property. Poor maintanace . Water damage in bathrooms caving ceilings in showers aren't properly dried and repaired causing mold and black insulation fall out of bathroom ventalatikns systems on the first floor ropertyryd mites to ropertyry facilities ventilation systems and check the ceilings for water damage. Some of these regular property upkeeps were in and may still be in extreme negligence similar to The rosson towers in my opinion this place unless they've changed a whole lot needs to be shut down and the people be re-housed Rent-A-Center and Aaron's will not allow their merchandise to reside in this apartment complex not a very safe area either not good for walking shopping or groceries the key card entry is a Hassel for tenants, lots notices of noticed on doors for bed bug mandatory treatments black insulation coming out of bathroom ventilation system, mites. Financial ethics are questionable of magagement that has since changed a couple times now . Office staff said not to pay attention to the government rental relief option for low income /disabled people extended as relief funds sure to COVID-19 its resulting inflation, where up to 15 months of back pay rent can be requested by management on behalf of owner without knowledge of tenant ((property staffingare supposed to notify tenants and get signature or notify and send and email to verify they are aware verification from for per low-income participating

    I've lived here since December I can't get into the building to my apartment because my tag key don't work I've had four or five and none of them works I have to wait outside till someone let's me in I'm in dialysis and I just want to come in and rest I'm in a.walker the air conditioning needs cleaning and the windows need cleaning the closet door in the bedroom is about to fall off I put a work order in December and January and nothing has been done but if the main doors are locked I have a hard time getting in the people that live here are very nice and I've made complaints at the main office and they don't return no calls so I'm paying on a apartment and can't get access into the building.
