Summit Pointe Apartments and Villas

My wife and I lived here for 3 years. The staff and amenities are great. Very helpful with finding local services and businesses. On the few occasions we needed something fixed (all minor), the repair team was quick to resolve it. They were able to help us when we had to change our move-in and move-out dates; for which I thank them profusely. If we hadn't bought a home, we'd certainly still be here. I would recommend this to anyone considering the Old Town area; it's more reasonable, spacious, and close to all the same shopping. They even have a new Starbucks and Publix within a reasonable walking distance! When we started looking for a rental that was dog-friendly and had a 2 car garage, nothing else even came close.

Ive lived here for a year and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the water. They give very little notice before it happens; So it leaves you and your family in a bind. The water has been shut off since 10 am and weve just got an email saying it wont be on at all tonight. So that leaves us to do what? It feels completely unacceptable especially since we pay so much in rent.
