I have been really patient about the new management until today. This is just ridiculous! The service does not match the amount they are trying to charge. It has been times I went to the office to pay my rent and had to wait and wait to finally be serviced. My key to enter the laundry room was not working and management did not tell me they were going through a change in keys, management did not tell me about how the property was going through a change in keys until I was standing out in the rain and could not get into the laundry room one day and I had to ask them about it. The dryers in laundry in the complex are a money making business it takes at least 3 to 4 dries to officially dry your clothes..I had to start taking my clothes to the laundry mat up the street from me. One saturday, I went to the office at 3:48pm and the office is not suppose to close until 4pm on Saturdays and no one was in there. Construction is a disaster and getting in and out of the properties in a headache every morning during the week. One night I had to park a long way from my apartment, I called the courtesy officer to see if he/she could make sure I got to my apartment safe and did not get a response back. Snakes are also around the complex and they do not put anything down to protect residents from snakes wondering. The list goes and on and on. I am very loyal resident and I try to be patient but every since management shifted a year ago the service residents receive does not not good service. The customer service does not reflect how much you are paying to live in this complex. I have complained to management about their service and of course nothing is ever done. I just decided I had finally had enough and decided to share my experience with others. I will ensure that others know what they are getting into. Hopefully this helps someone else. i have been at this complex for a year now. changing management has been a disaster. the staff are inconsiderate of their residents. i have called them on multiple times about the resident portal and not having access to it.one of their staff told me that they were going to fix it and never called back than the next time i asked about it she said she couldn't fix the issue she would have to call for support. they are very unorganized and the gym is nasty and never have complimentary water in the gym. trash is everywhere in the kids play room this is really a down grade to this property and i am very disappointed.
