I dont think the Uhaul employees I encountered there care about their job at all. Terrible experience here!
1. The trailer I rented was full of nails, the employees said thats ok, you wont be charged for the nails in there. Well I dont want to be loading items into, and parking a trailer full of nails in my driveway! Basic job duty for them.
2. After hitching to the trailer and ready to go I asked the employee Am I all good to go? Do I need to sign anything? They said no so I left. 10 mins later they called me saying I didnt sign my contract so I would need to come back. Thats a waste of my time! Basic stuff!
3. After completing my 24 hr rental I returned the trailer 15 mins before the return time. I get my receipt for the rental the next day and they have charged me for 2 days instead of 1 because they did not check my rental back in until the next morning. Now I have to call customer and request a refund bc once again the employees didnt do their job!
Zero Stars for this location. My whole rental should have been refunded.

The manager Juan and employee Rashad (sorry if the spelling is incorrect!) were extremely courteous and kind, and went above and beyond to help with my truck and auto-transport drop off. I am very thankful for their help, especially in a situation such as moving to a new place where you don't have a network of friends and family to help. They were considerate of such things and could not have been more helpful, they truly went the extra mile. Thank you!

The staff at this location was not very professional when I entered the store. The app was down and the agent took photos of my driver's license on what looked like was his personal phone. The store was dirty, and when I got into the truck it was dirty and smelled like marijuina throughout which was a very offensive odor. The dolly in the rear of the truck was stuck with the bolt so hard we had to get a hammer to get it out.
