        Ordered two subs online. Get to store on time. Huge line and one lady working the sub counter. Waited 20 minutes only for her to tell everyone they are out of white bread. I tried to tell her I need to cancel my order then, zero help from her. Place is full of people standing around doing nothing, I called to cancel my order and I didn't realize you could be equally as unhelpful via the phone. No clue if my order is canceled or not, I don't think they know either.

        The Tuesday after Easter, I was shopping for flowers for my daughter's birthday, which, by the way, lasted a long time, and the manager gave me a free, beautiful blooming Easter Lily, She could have sold it for a reduced price, but chose to treat customers, and it paid off. I am from FL, and have shopped at Publix my whole life, but now I love it even more.
