        Great townhomes itself, not so great work ethic from employees. I have to remind the team about trash all over the property or nails and rocks in the road. I have to remind them that they never came to change out a scheduled filter replacement. Ill call the maintenance team to fix something simple, like a bathroom toilet paper holder, only to find out they left without fixing it, and I fixed it myself. All these little things make this not a Lux townhome community. These things shouldnt have to be told to the management team; they should be done and expected. Most of these negatives can be removed if a walk on the property is conducted often to ensure everything is in order.

        We came out for a visit, and immediately fell in love with Everton Estates! The location is quiet, family friendly, and has everything we were looking for. The townhomes are phenomenalspacious, brand new, modern, and beautiful. The grounds are clean and well kept. The amenities are great! From the fitness center to the fire pit, there is something to enjoy. The community/neighborswe all do a great job appreciating/respecting that we all reside in this wonderful community, and have a responsibility to do our part in keeping the community one we can all enjoy and call home. And the Everton Team are just the best! They are knowledgeable, friendly, timely, approachable, and beyond helpful. From the time we planned to visit, to our decision to apply, Everton Estates has been our home. We are truly blessed!
