From the moment I walked into the office at South and Twenty I knew I wanted to call this community home!!! The property is beautiful and all the amenities add a big cherry on top! I have been working with Mekenzye and she has been so kind and helpful. She has answered all of my questions and has been very responsive by phone and email throughout the entire move in process. I would HIGHLY recommend South and Twenty to family and friends and I recommend this property to you too!!

My son has leased an apartment at South and Twenty. We were very happy with the process and the quality and style of the apartment. My only concern is a drastic increase in the rent next year as that appears to be the modus operandi of apartment communities these days.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Management I had an incredibly unpleasant stay at South and 20 Apartments due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Katie. Throughout my time there, Katie's rudeness and lack of professionalism were evident in every interaction. Not only was she dismissive and condescending, but her management style also led to a constant turnover of staff, creating an unstable and chaotic environment. It's evident that proper training and respect for both guests and employees are sorely lacking at this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation.

It's a great place. Good amenities. Friendly neighbors and especially quiet surroundings. A great place to recommend.
