The staff were very professional (both Ariana and Noel) was greeted with very excellent attitude very informative about property answered all my questions to the smallest detail. Would highly recommend to others in a second.

Beautiful place and we have absolutely enjoyed living here already. Big shoutout to Ariana Capo, she helped us out so much and worked so hard to get us in here quick. Shes very friendly and overall a great person. We really appreciate her!

I have lived at ICON for 3 years now, and sadly I am leaving due to work relocation. If it wasnt for my job, this would be my forever home. Noel & her staff go above and beyond every single time. If you are looking for a home in the Cartersville area, ICON is it!

I stop by Icon yesterday. It was a great experience with customer service from Noel I believe her name was. Its a great community. Cant wait until Im able to get an apartment there.

Notice that all the 5 star reviews made for these apartments are by people who go in and talk to the staff and review right after. Of course theyre gonna make the office and the show rooms glamorous and be extremely nice to try to get you to sign a lease. People have no common sense. Im not gonna ask people to take my word so just look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Every one of these pictures are after the remodel. This is the effort they put into the actual apartments. In 1 year I had 13 maintenance requests. The last two pictures are before and after I made one for a chunk missing out of the drywall. They claim these are luxury apartments and charge like they are. Especially with all the new apartments going up in Cartersville, if you want to over pay for these outdated, shabby apartments: do what makes you happy! This is apartment 703 if anyone wants to question if this is a legit review.
