Great place for the price! We only stayed for a night but everything was clean and comfortable, great place if you need a cheap nice place to stay for a few nights

I read all the other reviews and it made me nervous to stay here, however even as cheap as it is its not bad at all. Definitely could be a little cleaner and the hair dryer didnt work (I may have just not known how to use it). But its not bad. We got a room with a jetted tub which was nice and relaxing, dollar store and other coffee and fast food right near by. Only a few minutes from Jekyll. If I needs anything the front desk helped out right away. If youre on a budget this hotel isnt that bad. I wouldnt mind staying again

My experience was very unpleasant. When I entered the hotel, I didn't see a front desk clerk... there was a sign that read "Ring the bell for service". The bell was actually broken, so I had to hit it several times before receiving any service. Here's what I received:
1.) Bright, fluorescent lighting
2.) Broken lamp next to the bed
3.) TV that didn't work
4.) A/C unit that didn't work
5.) A sink that shot water out like a cannon
6.) A desk clerk who was hanging out with his friends and being loud and obnoxious late into the night
7.) Everything was plugged into generic power strips
8.) The mini fridge was so loud that it needed to be unplugged
9.) Even when I turned everything off, I could hear a loud electrical sound throughout the building (very unsettling)
10.) The building has a very unpleasant smell
After driving for 16 hours, I regrettably decided to stay here. When we first walked in, my son told me that he didn't have a good feeling about the place. I should have listened and saved $80! Worst experience I've had at a hotel. :(
