image We only stayed one of the two nights here. Apparently they have remodeled the second floor but we weren't allowed to stay on the second floor because we were traveling with a pet. We were given a room that wasn't clean or upgraded. I was able to work it out with Best Western reservations as well as Kevin the front desk manager. I received a refund for the second day and all of my bonus points back. Kevin was gracious enough to let us have our points and refund due to the unacceptable room. My bed was dirty so I pushed all the covers off of it and used a beach towel to cover up and a stuffed animal as a pillow. The TV didn't work, there was no coffee or coffee pot, the beds look like they haven't been changed comforters had holes in them. My pet couldn't even sleep in that room.

image An overnight stay off I-95. Rooms are small. Mattresses appear to be old. Big hole in wall in bathroom. Killed 2 bugs. It's the south so expect to see occasional bugs but hopefully only dead ones. No soap in our room. Cell service did not work in our room but worked outside. Internet code we were given did not work either. I booked online and paid $80. Walk in rate was $60. Best advice is to book upon arrival. It's a hotel that appears to be trying but just not there yet. It is pet friendly which is why we stayed.

image The morning staff was very helpful and knowledgeable however, the evening staff was horrible as well as the manager ! The manager does not listen and hangs up on customers who have paid for their reservation!!!! The manager could use further training on customer service.

image Great place to stay for a few nights! The place was well maintained and mostly clean. No bugs and the room smelled great! The faculty was kind and the beakfast was small but good (waffles, begals, muffins, ect) We were very satisfied! Thank you for a great stay at a cheap rate! We appreciate it!
Rooms: Clean and well maintained. Clean sheets and towels. The bathroom needed a little TLC in some areas but it was nicely cleaned!
