Oak Creek Apartments

Been tenant here for a long time. Quiet on my side, not many kids, a lot of people have pets. Close to 285. Downtown Decatur. Avondale Estates is slowly coming back with shops and restaurants. Kroger and Walmart Close and Emory Decatur hospital less than 5 miles. A few schools close. Pretty mixed community seniors and young people. Rent is reasonable compared to other cities. I like living here. PEACE

This is my first apartment been here three months now so far so good. Quiet. Pleasant staff and a very comfortable pad for what its worth! All smiles

Oak Creek Apartments is so nice & affordable. Every day and night is so peaceful & calm. The scenery is beautiful, just to walk outside and see all of the nature. There are plenty of tenants here that really care about it, too, and take good care of it to have even more beautiful things to look at (planting gardens, putting out nice furniture & decorations). We are staying on a third floor apartment so the balcony is pretty awesome. Its like a little slice of heaven to sit on the balcony and just listen to birds and watch fireflies in the summer. Theyre doing some really nice renovations and things too to improve all of the time. Its nice and safe here, and everyone I ever talk to from here has treated me nicely (workers & tenants). Were right by the Marta station too which is so convenient. We dont have amenities like washer/dryer in the apartment but we do have the nicest laundry room that is kept clean & all the machines work. The office gives you 15 spins every month to use freely and you can buy more if you need. Yeah its going to have to be a 10/10 for me!!! I am happy as a clam here.
