Ive never seen a place this incompetent. I applied on 11/27/2023. I wasnt approved until 12/7/2023. I understand the application fee is non refundable, but how can you cancel the security deposit within 72 hours , if it took them two weeks to process the application? It states on the application not to pay the administrator fee until you are approved. It states thats non refundable, but the security deposit is. It doesnt not take a week to refund a deposit. Im contacting the bbb as well. The front office Staff is friendly , but I keep getting its the manager or its the regional manager. I see why the units are empty. I was approved by another complex in 24 hours. Seriously wouldnt apply, you will be out of 50 dollars and who knows how much else.

I used to live here and see that all of the same unsanitary problems persist. First, the place is completely roach infested. They need to fumigate not have standard pest control come out on a monthly basis. Second, there is mold everywhere. This is unsafe and unacceptable. Stop the corporate greed and provide safe housing for your tenants. Third, the managing office is absolutely ineffective and rude. Finally, the property is rife with mismanagement from the maintenance team, to trash collectors, and more. I would say to anyone looking here that the lower price point isnt worth it, you will pay with your sanity and health. Look elsewhere. I was a tenant in 2020 and know its only gotten worse since.
