I want to thank Brian, their technician for following up on his commitment to setup my printer. I purchased the printer from Ink Boy, but the upload from the disk did not work, despite changing out cords and several attempts. Since I could only get there between 4:30 and 5:00 on Friday, I got his commitment that he would set it up if I got there before closing. He was able to get it set up in about 10 minutes without using the disk. Now I am back to being able to print out work for my 5th grade class.

I tried for two months to get someone to respond. I went by the store, I've called, and emailed. I never got anywhere with them. Even after speaking to the owner who claimed they were working on a logo for me. I told him I had one he asked that I email it, which I did. No response! I emailed asking how it was going. No response! I called twice, left a message with a real person not an answering machine each time. No response. I then emailed saying I really wanted to do business with them because I liked the work they did for a neighboring business. Again no response! I understand as business owners we get busy and may not be able to respond right away, but after so many attempts there's no excuse.
