    I ordered Christmas cards on 12/3 for pickup on 12/4. Yesterday I was in town and called inside to see when they would be ready. I was told everything that was ordered to be printed on 12/3 would be ready by 8:30pm on 12/4. No big deal. Today I still hadnt received an email saying they were ready so I called again. Today the girl that picked up the phone said oh yeah they were supposed to call you yesterday were behind they wont be ready until this Friday or Monday! Will never order from here again! Had to cancel my order and order from Walgreens.

    Went a few weeks back and will never return. Came in to buy some chairs for our new house. I waited in the chair area till I saw an employee. Never saw one. Went to the front, there's 1 guy standing at the door who tells me he doesn't know who can help me get chairs and gets frustrated that I even asked. They then watch me pull out a couple hundred pounds of chairs having to climb on other chairs to get to them and have to drag them to the front myself without even a "hey, do you need some help?". Then I was told the registers are closed so go to photo. I drag everything to the photo section where the 2 employees just look at me then go about playing with their phones. I stand there to the point where I almost walked out and the guy by the door comes over and gets on a register and calls me over. Rather than a "sorry that were understaffed and refuse to do our jobs" he asked 12 times. 12, to buy their worthless insurance for the chairs. The chairs that have 7 year unlimited warranties through the manufacturer. When I kept refusing, he kept trying to guilt me into buying it. Finally after paying close to $1000 on office chairs, I get to drag them out to my car 1 by one while the employees stared at me like I just killed their dog. Just, don't. The shear laziness. I can see reading the other reviews that the same guy likes to give everyone attitudes and never do his job. The only reason I didn't just walk out was because only staples has the exact model we've used for years. But I've since found another source. Would have been super hilarious if I would have been hurt doing your employees job, huh? Imagine that negligence lawsuit. Falling or having something fall on me while trying to make a purchase? This honestly just shows the management on this location just doesn't give a damn. You need to hire actual employees and not space fillers.

    I was in the store today shortly after 11:00am. There was a man at the checkout counters helping guest, his name was Jeremy. I looked for the item I needed and went to go checkout. He left the checkout stand and was away for more than 5 mins. I looked around and I couldn't see any employee at the photo booth or anywhere in my line of sight. I waited and waited. Finally, he came back up and noticed me but didn't say a single word. He just started typing on the computer. Another person was with him and jumped me in line, again not a single word was said to me. It would have been nice to get a " hey, sorry for your wait, I had to assist another customer in a pickup order" which is what I assumed is the case. Works would have helped this situation greatly. I walked out without making a purchase.... Address your customers, be friendly and if customers need to wait, apologize for the wait. I would have been fine to wait my turn and make my purchase. Food for thought.
